• Movie Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): When Sydney gets on the bus and says "I love you, Dad." you can see Paul's jaw moving but there's no sound.
• It was filmed in Winter Park FL. at Rollins College. Most of the extras were students who chose to remain on campus during spring break.
• During the Student Government campaign: The Seven Dorks are carrying wooden campaign signs over their shoulders. As they pass Rachel, one says 'Hi Ho', and another says 'Bye Ho.' This is a clear allusion to the scene in Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs when the dwarfs sing Hi Ho with the signs replacing the pickaxes.
• Movie Goof (continuity error): During the "Date Dash", the pledges are told they have to grab a date, with no change in clothing, no hair fixing, and no makeup. Yet, in the restaurant, Sydney is clearly wearing white eyeliner/shadow and lipstick.
