Movie (1990)

Terry Noonan returns home to New York's Hells Kitchen after a ten year absence. He soon hooks up with childhood pal Jackie who is involved in the Irish mob run by his brother Frankie. Terry also rekindles an old flame with Jackie's sister Kathleen. Soon, however, Terry is torn between his loyalty to his friends and his loyalties to others.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

Several incidents in the film are based on actual testimony given by captured mobsters. The meeting in the restaurant with the Italian mobster and the dead man's hand sequences are based on the recollections of various New York gangs.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Terry and Kate meet in the bar with Jackie, Terry is smoking. The smoke can be seen when the shot is on Kate but there is no smoke when the shot is on Terry. This repeats throughout the scene as the camera cuts to each character.
The word "fuck" and its variations are used 210 times in the film, which averages out to be approximately 1.6 times every minute.
Bill Pullman was originally cast as Frankie Flannery. He wasn't working out and was replaced by 'Ed Harris'.
