Reference to Gun Survivor: Biohazard (2000) (VG): Some one loses their memory and at the end it returns to them.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Rain, J.D., and Matt are waiting for the team to get back, Rain hears a noise. As she goes to investigate, we can see Matt's legs jump from spread open, to crossing his ankles.
CAMEO(Jason Isaacs): The narrator at the opening of the film and the voice of the scientist who wants to re-open the hive.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): The zombie in the Kennel, after being kicked back (as well as before that) can be seen breathing.
