Movie Goof (continuity error): David Letterman's CBS set is used when he is supposedly at NBC (because NBC refused permission to use that set).
Movie Goof (errors in geography): SPOILER: During Pig Vomit's rant at the end of the film, he says he manages a mall in Florence Alabama, claiming it's the "number one mall in Colbert County". The town of Florence is located in adjacent Lauderdale County.
Movie Goof (continuity error): The reflection of Howard talking to Kenny on a lamp when no sound is heard.
For the scenes that featured Howard Sternin high school, filming was done at Union High School in Union, NJ. Artie Lange, who would join "The Howard Stern Show" years later, graduated from the very same school.
