• Movie Goof (continuity error): When the crew is in the tent, Tim hands Steven a bottle of beer. The camera cuts to Aviva talking, and when it cuts back to Steven he is drinking from a can.
• Movie Goof (continuity error): After crashing against the crocodile the front part of the pick-up truck Tim drives is not damaged at all.
• Movie Goof (factual errors): Errors in crocodile biology: Crocodiles don't roar, they have no vocal cords (although they do hiss). They also can't see from underwater at night, nor can they swallow underwater.
• Movie Goof (revealing mistake): SPOILER: In the scene where JoJo shoots the corrupt soldier and saves Tim from being shot, Tim looks back at Steven. When they show Tim looking back you can see a computer generated green bullet moving in slow motion with a blue tail that was never finished or even supposed to be in the scene.
