• Movie Goof (continuity error): In the subway scene, Ro gets on the last car of the train (she boards without moving from the spot where she had just missed the clearly-shown last car of the previous train). However, as the train she has boarded leaves the station, we see more than one car pass the camera lens, indicating that she is NOT on the last car. Also, this does not appear to be an IRT car, which is the line serving by the Sheridan Square stop that is established for the scene.
• Miles says that it will take Ro 3 minutes, 14 seconds to download the spy software, "but that's an approximation." 3.14 is an approximation of pi.
• The filmmakers filmed three different endings to the film, each with a different character as the killer.
• Movie Goof (boom mic visible): When Hill confronts Ro in the car after their dinner, Hill raises his fist as if to hit Ro. In one part of this scene (1:16:40 DVD) you can clearly see the boom mic reflecting in the passenger door window behind Ro.
