Eugene Osment, who plays the mustachioed cop giving directions, is Haley Joel Osment's father and acting coach.
Movie Goof (continuity error): As Chris Chandler is driving to Las Vegas, we can see a truck approaching on the road behind a road curve - but then the camera changes angles. The truck is gone and so is the curve.
Movie Goof (factual errors): In the ending credits, special thanks are given to "O'Callaghas Middle School." This should actually refer to O'Callaghan Middle School, named after former governor Mike O'Callaghan.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When the homeless guy is speaking to Arlene in the garage you can see that his teeth are good. During the shot when a woman wants to jump from the bridge, this guy goes to her and starts smiling, it's totally seen that his teeth are bad and dirty.
