• Movie Goof (anachronisms): The movie is set in 2006, but during one of the earlier scenes before the 'Demon' attacks, the TV is seen in the background of the kitchen and the Dyson advert that was released in 2009 is clearly visible.
• Shipped to theaters under the code name "Sharpie 79".
• Movie Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): At one point, Dan jokingly says he intends to "release the Kraken". This is a reference to the original Clash of the Titans, not its the 2010 remake, and is therefore not an anachronism.
• Movie Goof (continuity error): The letters on Hunters door are taped on (as seen when the "R" is missing and a square of scotch tape is in it's place during the walk-through of the vandalized house). However, the word "HUNTER" changes from being straight to slanted to having even or uneven spacing throughout the movie, which would be understandable if they were magnetic, and not taped in place.
