Movie Trivia/Goofs

The scene from the trailer with Lucy (Renée Zellweger) driving on the ice lake losing control and hitting several Ice Huts is not shown in the actual movie.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Lucy returns the tapioca bowl, Blanche takes it back at the front door. Later, Lucy carries it through to the kitchen.
J.K. Simmons actually gained 40+ pounds, he did not wear a fat suit for his role as Stu Kopenhafer.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Lucy jogs at the beginning along the shore, there is a boat on the horizon. The same scene is replayed near the end, after her time in New Ulm.
