Movie Goof (continuity error): When Celeste is at Ron's party after she first arrives on earth, she does some backflips. While she's doing that, her purse is stuck on her side, then the camera changes angles and her purse isn't on her at all. After she's done her backflips, her purse is back on her shoulder again.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Celeste is at the party in the red dress her hair is completely straight. She then changes clothes in the back of Steve's car, and when she get out her hair is curly.
Movie Goof (crew or equipment visible): During the scene where the videos appear from the bag, a crew member can be seen pushing up one of the videos by movement under the material in one side of the base where the bag is positioned.
Shelley Long was originally cast as Celeste.
