• Movie Goof (miscellaneous): In the opening sequence, the young Pooja is seen mouthing Raj and Tina's lines between her own lines.
• The DVD for this movie released right away, because there was a lot of piracy problems with the couple of Yash Raj films especially Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham....
• Movie Goof (anachronisms): The movie, set in 2002 shows that Raj and his family left India 10 years ago in 1992, a time when the World Wide Web was not available in India, but right away from that moment, Pooja promises Raj on contacting through e-mail and starts doing it right away.
• Rani Mukherjee plays a character named Pooja while Kareena Kapoor plays a character named Tina. Rani's played a character named Tina in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai while Kareena played a character named Pooja in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham..., both incidentally directed by Karan Johar and also produced by the same production company as this movie, 'Yashraj Films'.
