"Expect the Impossible."

When Ethan Hunt (Cruise), leader of a crack espionage team whose perilous operation has gone awry with no explanation, discovers that a mole has penetrated the CIA, he's surprised to learn that he's the primary suspect. To clear his name, Hunt now must ferret out the real double agent and, in the process, even the score in what is sure to be an impossible mission.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

Movie Goof (continuity error): SPOILER: In the Baggage Car scene when Ethan removes the disguise, his shirt collar is huge to accommodate Phelps larger head. Moments later it is back to a regular size.
The main lobby of CIA Headquarters at Langley was actually shot inside County Hall, London. The helipad next to Tower Bridge where Kitteridge lands does not exist and was specially built for the film and removed afterwards. The site is a public park.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Kittredge and his officer exit the helicopter at the London helipad, they slam the copters door vigorously. In the next scene the door is open wide.
Movie Goof (errors in geography): The London-Paris passenger train via the Channel Tunnel is the Eurostar, not the TGV.
