- Movie Goof (continuity error): Early in the movie, when the Militia was being attacked. The man in charge of the militia handed his rifle to another guy, but the guy held his hands out just a split second before the guy handed his rifle to him. Had to be a mind reader to know he was going to do that.
- Effects footage involving the theft of the anthrax and destruction of the building was taken directly from Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
- Movie Goof (revealing mistake): In the scene where the terrorists steal the anthrax, every external scene has been lifted directly from Terminator 2: Judgment Day, including the name of the complex (Cyberdyne). It is particularly obvious in the scene where the terrorists drive away in the SWAT van, which cuts to a damaged van with a very husky Arnold Schwarzenegger look-alike driving past police.
- Movie Goof (continuity error): In the pickup chase seen after the bar in Needles, the rear window of Carter's truck is shot out, but later appears intact.
