Movie (2005)

"The dead shall inherit the Earth."

The world is full of zombies and the survivors have barricaded themselves inside a walled city to keep out the living dead. As the wealthy hide out in skyscrapers and chaos rules the streets, the rest of the survivors must find a way to stop the evolving zombies from breaking into the city.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

One working title for the film was "Dead Reckoning," but it was changed to avoid confusion with the Humphrey Bogart film of the same name.
George A. Romero's daughter appears in the film. She is the soldier who shoots the zombie on the electrified fence.
Movie Goof (miscellaneous): Towards the end of the film when Big Daddy pours the gas in Kaufman's car, the gas pump is never cut on and is visible with the lever 'off' in all shots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): In one scene, 'John Liguizamo''s character is carrying a box of Champange, and a box of cigars. In the next scene, the box of cigars has disappeared, only to reappear in John's arm, as he deposits the box of Champange on Dennis Hopper's character's counter.
