Jackie Brown is a flight attendant who gets caught in the middle of smuggling cash into the country for her gunrunner boss. When the cops try to use Jackie to get to her boss, she hatches a plan—with help from a bail bondsman—to keep the money for herself. Based on Elmore Leonard's novel "Rum Punch."

Movie Goof (continuity error): Traffic suddenly disappears when Ordell shoots Louis inside the van, and the parked cars keep changing.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Jackie leaves the bag of cash in the fitting room she leaves it on the edge of the middle cushion, but when Max Cherry picks it up, its on the left cushion instead.
Movie Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): The photo of Melanie in Japan shows her wearing a qipao, which is a traditional Chinese dress, not Japanese.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Sharonda is talking to Jackie in the mall, Jackie's hand enters frame to put out her cigarette. When the camera cuts back to Jackie, she still has it.
