Movie Goof (continuity error): Alex is meeting Gigi for drinks, when he is supposed to be introducing her to Bill. When the waitress brings his drink the glass is nearly full, but when he picks it up to take a first drink, the glass is only half full.
Jennifer Aniston has 20 minutes screen time in this film, Jennifer Connelly has 25 minutes.
Movie Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Beth's cousin says it's too bad that cousins cannot marry. In the state of Maryland, where this is set, first cousins can get married.
Movie Goof (continuity error): After Janine Gunders fines Ben's cigarettes in his pocket, she begins to flip-out. When she grabs the mirror off the wall the glass obviously facing her, but when the camera angle changes and she throws the mirror down, the glass is facing away from her yet there was no time for her to flip the mirror around.
