Movie Goof (miscellaneous): The outdoor scenes would indicate mid summer when basketball season is in the middle of winter.
Movie Goof (continuity error): The type and amount of clouds change in the final scene of the movie when the family walks to the river and get their pictures taken by Alan.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Cindy is talking to Alan on the basketball court, the ball jumps between them between shots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Chesney meets Kelly in the café, Kelly drinks Coke from a can. When Chesney spills the drinks, Kelly's Coke is in a glass and the can has disappeared.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Cindy is talking to Alan at the basketball court, she is wearing jeans, but when she leaves the basketball court, she is wearing green wind pants.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): In the final scene by the river, the mother calls the little boy by his real name (Brendan), and not by the character's name (Jonathan), as shown in the credits.
