Natasha Binder comes to New Orleans looking for her father, who has gone missing. In doing so, she meets a very hard man called Chance. He helps her find out that her father was killed by an organisation who sell the opportunity to hunt human prey. They are taking advantage of a police strike in New Orleans. Will the Muscles from Brussels win through?

Movie Goof (factual errors): Van Cleaf, after shooting Randal with his shotgun, pumps his weapon to load the next round. However, when the gun battle with Boudreaux begins moments later, Van Cleaf pumps his shotgun again and yet no shell ejects from the chamber.

Movie Goof (factual errors): During the scene right after the medical examiner is shot through the peephole of his front door, the main character checks himself in the mirror. The mirror is half covered in blood splatter from the shooting. The location of the mirror being 25 feet away and at a 90 degree angle to the shooting, and the blood splatter pattern that looks like it is come from above, makes this an unlikely if not impossible location for blood splatter.
The film originally was to end with a boat chase, but was changed to a horseback chase at the insistence of Jean-Claude Van Damme. See also Face/Off.
