Jack Carter, a mob enforcer living in Las Vegas, travels back to his hometown of Seattle for his brother's funeral. During this visit, Carter realizes that the death of his brother was not accidental, but a murder. With this knowledge, Carter sets out to kill all those responsible.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

There were plans to do a sequel which never materialized.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Carter's Cadillac has a headlight out after the big chase scene with the boys from Vegas. But when Carter pulls up to the nightclub both headlights work.
When Doreen asks Carter why he went away for so long, Carter responds, "That's a long story." Doreen replies, "It's a long ride back." These lines were also spoken in Rambo: First Blood Part II when John Rambo is speaking with his Vietnamese insider.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Mr. Carter's tie-knot keeps changing from well-done to poorly-done and back all the time.
