Movie (2005)

After losing their high-paying corporate jobs, Jane and Dick Harper (Jim Carrey and Téa Leoni) turn to robbing banks to maintain their upwardly mobile standard of living in this action-comedy based on the 1977 film of the same name. The couple's hold-up act begins as a desperate measure. But before long, they're actually enjoying it -- and now it's getting to be a habit.

Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Dick and Jane are in the pot hole they said that the electricity was shut off but then Jane put some ice on her face, where did that ice came from?
Movie Goof (continuity error): The level of the beer in Dick's glass when he is in the club varies inconsistently between shots.
Movie Goof (plot holes): It has been illegal in the United States to issue municipal or corporate bearer bonds since 1982. As the movie opens in 2000, McCallister would not be able to convert his company's assets into bearer bonds.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Dick is going to the meeting with Jack, entering the house he is wearing a blue shirt with a white collar. When seated at breakfast he is wearing a burgundy colored shirt.
