Friday the 13th: A New Beginning Goofs/Mistakes

Movie Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): The sound that startles Lana was breaking of plates. But when she investigates, she finds the cat sniffing fallen pots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Violet is dancing in her room, Jason starts to walk up to her and we see the knife has dried blood on it. Then he picks her up, stabs her takes the knife out and now the knife is clean.
Movie Goof (continuity error): As Jason approaches the smashed barn door, some of the wooden planks in the left side of the door disappear between shots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Pam is running through the woods, her sweater disappears then reappears.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Tommy is at Jason's grave, the stones around Jason's grave are different between the close-up and the aerial shot.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Reggie finds the bodies in Tommy's room, Violet is first propped against the wall, but in the next shot, she is lying down.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Sheriff Tucker shows Pam the newspaper clippings taken from Roy's wallet, plainly two of the columns in the article are identical and have nothing to do with Jason.
Movie Goof (continuity error): As Junior is riding around on the bike, right before he is murdered, you see the same clip of him turning and riding onto the deck twice.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Just before Junior is killed, the level of the stew Ethel is making changes from shot to shot.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Jason chases Pam with a clean machete, however in the shot just before he's hit by the tractor, the machete is bloody.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Ethel gets a cleaver in her face, blood spatters everywhere. Yet the cleaver blade is still clean.
Movie Goof (miscellaneous): Les is called "Brody" in the opening prologue. All of the subs and captions also read "Brody" when he's speaking. So, why is he credited as Les instead of Brody?
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Tommy throws the alien mask on the bed, it changes positions between shots.
Movie Goof (crew or equipment visible): When Billy pulls up outside the diner to pick up Lana, if you look into the window at the far right of the screen you can see a crew member hide into the corner of the diner so he won't be seen.
Movie Goof (crew or equipment visible): As Joey walks over to Robin and Violet, who are hanging up washing, a large set of lights is reflected in the window as he walks over.
Movie Goof (factual errors): In the scene where Tommy hallucinates. He walks up to the dresser with the big mirror to grab his pills. After he takes one, you see Jason's reflection in the mirror. However the axe wound is on the right side of his mask when in part 3 it's clearly on his Left.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Pam finds her co-worker with a screwdriver impaled in his forehead, the amount of blood on his face changes between shots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Robin and Violet hang up the laundry, the distance between the pink towel and boxer shorts increases between shots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Joey walks out onto the porch, he has a yellow chocolate bar sticking out of his sweater. In a following closeup it has gone.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Lana smears lipstick on her upper right lip, but when she turns at the cat's noise, it is pressed and perfect-looking.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Demon is in the outhouse, the pull-cord hanging above his right shoulder disappears in some shots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Jason is seen walking through the rain soaked grounds and woods, but yet when he climbs up the ladder at the end of the film his shoes are pretty clean.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Jason's cut shoulder swaps sides.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Before Joey's death, the chocolate on his face changes from shot to shot.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Jason stabs the machete vertically into the man's stomach, but when he pulls it out the machete is in horizontal.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Position and order of Sheriff Tucker's newspaper clippings.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Billy is waiting for Lana outside the diner, his car stereo is on and playing loudly. Yet, when Lana comes out to the car, the radio is then off. It is very unlikely that Roy turned it off.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Tommy is dropped off at Pinehurst, the way he holds his bag changes between shots as he walks through the door with Pam.
Movie Goof (factual errors): When Vic is in the police car, there should be a screen separating the front from back seats.
Movie Goof (crew or equipment visible): When Tommy is at Jason's grave, a white reflector screen is clearly reflected into his glasses.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): Obvious stunt double for Tommy is beating up on Junior at the trailer park.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Demon tries to exit the outhouse and finds Anita dead on the ground, her neck is visibly pulsating.
Movie Goof (boom mic visible): The ambulance is called to Pinehurst. When the ambulance comes to a stop the boom mic can be seen in the bottom part of the rear window.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Eddie finds Tina's corpse and rolls her over, she's still breathing.
Movie Goof (continuity error): In the film Demon is in the outhouse and is sitting on the bowl when it begins to shake. The toilet paper changes amounts on the roll between shots.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Jason is killing Eddie by squeezing his eye sockets with the leather strap around the tree, Jason turns the rope counterclockwise first but when it shows it snap from pressure he is turning it clockwise.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Pam, Tommy, and Reggie are going to see Demon, they pass the same rocks several times.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Tommy goes to slice Roy's arm, you can see he is not really holding the machete in his hand.
Movie Goof (continuity error): After Reggie's grandfather flies through the window, his head changes positions between shots.
Movie Goof (crew or equipment visible): As Pete walks off into the woods, the cameraman's shadow is briefly visible on his back
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Reggie hits Roy with the tractor, the wound on his chest only appears after he has hit the ground.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): Obvious dummy when Vinnie gets the road flare in the mouth.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Demon is using the outhouse, his pants are unzipped but not pulled down.
