Movie Trivia/Goofs

→ View All
  • Movie Goof (crew or equipment visible): When Santa moves the sleigh while Buddy is putting on the turbine engine to get away from the Central Park Rangers, Buddy flails, making it obvious that he is lying down on a softer padding than the floor.
  • When Buddy goes to Gimbels to ask Jovie out on a date the song we hear playing over the loudspeaker is "Christmas Island" sung by Leon Redbone. Redbone also provided the voice of Leon the snowman at the North Pole.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When Emily is eating the spaghetti for breakfast, you can see the amount of sauce on the pasta changes between shots.
  • One of the skyscrapers built by Buddy in Gimbels is the Liberty One building in Philadelphia. In real life, Gimbels was a Philadelphia-based department store.
