"What the one doesn’t have, the other is missing."

Lloyd and Harry are two men whose stupidity is really indescribable. When Mary, a beautiful woman, loses an important suitcase with money before she leaves for Aspen, the two friends (who have found the suitcase) decide to return it to her. After some "adventures" they finally get to Aspen where, using the lost money they live it up and fight for Mary's heart.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

Movie Goof (continuity error): When Harry and Lloyd are first in the hotel suite, Lloyd can barely read the newspaper article about Mary. Yet later when he goes to meet Mary at the bar, he clearly reads the newspaper on the wall about landing on the moon.
Movie Goof (plot holes): When Mr. Mentalino sees the note for the gas man on Harry and Lloyd's apartment, he thinks they meant it for him, exclaiming, "how did they know I got gas?" Yet later Mentalino decides to hitch a ride with the two and takes no steps to disguise himself since he earlier made the assumption that Harry and Lloyd knew who he was.
Movie Goof (factual errors): In the restaurant Dante's Inferno, the investigators say that Harold and Lloyd are on Interstate 80 heading towards Colorado. Interstate 80 doesn't go through Colorado, but more importantly, how would they know that someone on Interstate 80 was heading to a particular state?
The poster in Harry's and Lloyd's living room depicts Bo Derek in the movie 10.
