When Clovis, the contractor inventor for the museum, comes to Ted's office for his payment, Ted quickly comes out into the hall and closes his door in order to prevent George being discovered. On the wall is a museum display of arrow points. Clovis is also the name of a famous prehistoric arrowhead manufacturing site.
Movie Goof (factual errors): Overhead projector is turned on without being plugged in to an outlet.
Movie Goof (anachronisms): We see The Man in the Yellow Hat using a camera cell phone. Several years before these phones were available, the Central Park Zoo was renovated and the cages were replaced by natural habitat animal enclosures. However, we see the old zoo with the animals in cages.
Movie Goof (factual errors): The ship H.A. Rey, leaves port with the anchor still down. Ships pull up anchor before getting under way.
