  • Movie Goof (factual errors): At the time the movie was filmed, Julliard did not offer classes in classical guitar.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When Willie catches Frances sneaking out of their hotel he has money in his hands. His hands are empty before he goes to his bag to get money to give to Frances.
  • Movie Goof (factual errors): Early in the film, Eugene puts a Robert Johnson tape into his tape player. The first track is listed as "Crossroads Blues." It should be "Cross Road"; the song title didn't become "Crossroads" until Cream covered the song in 1968.
