  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When Casper looks for his reflection on the mirror he can't see it, but you cannot see Kat's reflection either, even though she is right next to him.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When Casper is pouring he fresh orange juice for Kat, he collects the pulp in his hand. When he tips the pitcher up, the orange juice pouring through his hand stops just before he tips the pitcher back.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When Kat first enters Casper's house and turns all the lights on the house on the basement, she goes upstairs and when she enters Stretch, Fatso and Stinckie's room it is dark, but when she goes to Casper's room all the lights are turned on.
  • When Carrigan and Dibbs are trying to get the ghosts out of the mansion, they first try a priest to exorcise them, played by Don Novello as Father Guido Sarducci. When that doesn't work the scene changes to several pieces of furniture being thrown out of the door, and Dan Aykroyd is seen running out. He stops by Carrigan and Dibbs and says, "Who you gonna call? Somebody else." He then leaves quickly. He is dressed as his character, Dr. Raymond Stantz from Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II. Both Aykroyd and the Fr. Sarducci character are Saturday Night Live alumni.
