  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When Bob sees Annie in the shower his earphones fall on the floor. The next shot as he walks to the door one earphone is in and the other is out of his ear. Then as he leaves the room the earphones are in his ear again.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When Anne "has a date with Bob", Jaques calls her. In the first shot the radio clock in the bedroom of Jaques shows "2:33". Then it shows "2:39". In the third shot it shows "2:34". The last possible look at the clock you can read "2:37".
  • The scene where Mr. Butler is showing his students how to help the master dress is quite realistic. Prime Minister Winston Churchill, for example, had a butler help him dress almost every day of his life.
  • Movie Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Tess says that her mother "...is practically a vegetarian." But two barbecues previously seen featured hamburgers, hot dogs, and later salmon. At the dinner in the final scene, the main course is turkey.
