Movie Goof (revealing mistake): As a giant, Nancy Archer goes from transparent in the long shots and solid in the close-ups.
Movie Goof (continuity error): The station wagon that the 30-foot giant picks up is a 1958 Plymouth. The car that lands on the ground is an early 1950s Chevrolet. When it cuts back to the car, it's a 1958 Plymouth.
Director Nathan Juran insisted on being billed as "Nathan Hertz" (Hertz was Juran's middle name), apparently because he was embarrassed by this film's low budget and poor quality.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Mrs. Archer's butler and the sheriff are checking out the alien ship, all the equipment on-board appears to be made for a normal sized human, when it is quite clear that the ship is being piloted by a giant.
