Movie Goof (continuity error): During the first fight, Vermin tells the corner man to inject the drug into Horn's right arm. But they inject it into his left arm.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): During all the fights in the arena, many of the spectators in the crowd are just painted cutouts with clothes draped over them.
Finished in 1988, not released in USA until 1991.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): During the first closeup of Horn lifting Steve over his head in the final fight a safety wire can be seen attached to Steve's waist.
