Terry learns that his fiance, June, has checked into a hotel with another man, sending him into a fit of near-homicidal fury. Desperate to hear a friendly voice, he calls his best friend, admitting he's in a hotel room across the hall from June and plans to kill her lover.

This was a remake/full length version (by the same writer and Director) of the 2005 short Film presented at the 2005 film festival.
Movie Goof (anachronisms): Describing the hotel's early history, the porter tells June and Terry that the first guests included the conductor of the Chicago Philharmonic. The Chicago Philharmonic was established in 1989, far later than the hotel's apparent age.
The film was shot in 17 days.
