Grimm

A policeman discovers he's one in a long line of Grimms, hunters who were formed to protect humans from supernatural beings. Turns out all of Grimm's Fairy Tales weren't just bedtime stories; they were warnings, and the baddies in them are very much real.

Sounds Supernatural/Moonlight, will definately give it a go, considering that most everything decent has been cancelled.

All the supernatural creatures have "german" names - It's really hilarious - calling the rat people "reinigen" which is a german verb meaning cleaning or dry cleaning and some other "expressions" like "Knochenhof" - that means literally translated bone yard - but no one ever would say knochenhof to a bone yard in Germany and no one ever did not even when the Brothers Grimm were arround.
an the plural of Blutbad (blood bath) is blutbaden hahahahahah its just hilarious...

i think just because of that it is really funny (other wise it actually is pretty rubbish) - well I might have to mention - I'm german... :)

I'm not really sure what i think about this show. From the first episode i was sold, but now, i'm starting to doubt it. Not because i am in agreement with some of the above (the bad acting part. I just don't see it), but because i don't see the show progressing. In some ways it reminds me of House M.D because the storyline moves incredibly slow. I'm gonna give it the rest of this season to figure out wether or not to stay with it...

I have decided to stop watching this show. I had high hopes but I just haven't been able to get into Grimm. I knew there was a problem when I couldn't remember which monster/fairy tale they covered the week before. I hope it picks up for the people who still enjoy it.

NBC renews Grimm for Season Two

NBC has given freshman fantasy drama Grimm an early pick-up for a second season.

The procedural has been turning in solid numbers on Friday nights, with an average of 4.8 million weekly viewers and a 1.5 rating in the important Adults 18-49 demographic. Series writer Akela Cooper broke the big news on Twitter today.

Grimm stars David Giuntoli as Nick Burkhardt, a detective in Portland, Oregon who learns that he is a Grimm — giving him the ability to see creatures living among us for what they really are.

The series had something of a rough start creatively, in my opinion, but has picked up its game in recent weeks. Here’s hoping that the mythology of Grimm gets a little deeper, the relationships a little more complicated, and the monsters a little less goofy.

I like Grimm better now that they are adding more flavor to the mix. Juliette is a very interesting character, and I have suspected there is a lot more to her for a very long time. What or who is she? She is not acting normal. Look at her job.

Do not read further if you have not seen every episode of Grimm.

1) She is a vet.
2) When she noticed people watching them, she went looking for them.
3) When kidnaped she did not freak out, but wanted to learn to fire a gun.
4) She never fired a gun before, and you did notice that target grouping.
5) At this time, I suspect that Juliette is a Grimm or something similar to a Grimm.
6) Munroe is starting a relationship with a non-Blued, so it is possible that Juliette is not a Grimm.

Grimms of old seemed to kill everything in sight, but it does make more sense to go after only the bad ones.
