Castle is a witty drama based on a famous crime and horror novelist, Rick Castle, who is suffering from a writers block after killing off the main character in his novels. While struggling to come up with a replacement, Det. Kate Beckett of the NYPD approached him and asked to help catch the copy-cat killer staging murders based on scenes from his novels.
Castle returns tonight, Monday Sept 20th.

Becket'll be alright. She's gotta be otherwise the series will go the way of Eureka and be cancelled after 5 seasons. I'm hoping Nate Fillion will play Castle as more of a stand-up guy than the lovable douche we've all come to know and love. Ithink this season they're gonna get closer than ever b4, but still not consumate the relationship - more of a brother/sister deal than boyfriend/girlfriend. The guessing keeps us interested - not the final act. It'd be too much saccharine if they went the way dull and boring twonks want them to go! What is it with the US and Disney-Style happily-ever-afters? Guys, take a note from Joss Whedon;- bring 'em together, then rip their hearts out and let us see the blood as it pools on the floor!!

I wonder who is going to replace the boss they lost in the finale.
Penny Johnson Jerald who played Sherry palmer in 24 has been cast as Captain Victoria Gates, Captain Montgomery's replacement.
That will be interesting. She's a very versatile actress.
