Smallville will return for its 10th and final season on September 24th at 8/7c on The CW.
What would you like to see happen in the final season? How should it end?
TBH Darkside,Doomsday & Zod were all dispensed of without too much trouble, the problem with season finale's is... spending too much time trying to tie up loose ends or have a wedding or romantic conclusion and giving actors who have already moved on a chance to say goodbye.
All that should be done in the penultimate episodes leaving the finale to be a standalone spectacular event.
Sorry I meant to point out that there seemed to be a trend in smallville of building up a major villain and then disposing of that villain far too easily,take the return of Lex as an example, the proposed major final showdown with Kal-el's greatest enemy just basically fizzled out.
I agree that was a dud. I thought Darkside and Lex would team up and fight Superman. Now that I would like to see. Eventhough Lex does not play well with others. Acctually now that I think about it Lex likes to let others do his dirty work for him.
