Anybody watch this? What did you think? I thought it was pretty good. Interested in seeing more episodes.

I just watched the first episode and really liked it. I'm looking forward to the next.

I really like this show. The second episode was good too... I really like the character development mix with the plot.

liking this, loved her puting the earphones on to listen, as a wife myself what a brave/strong woman she must be to put herself through that. But now she is up to speed on waht everyone else knows, my question ...why was she content to be in the background for so much of her married life, hope some flashbacks illuminate us on that one lol

After the last episode It seems like her husband is dirty, or at least took gifts from someone. And I don't think he should be so quick to put her on the stand. I think he deserves to be right where he is. He made shady back room deals, and cheated on his wife at least once if not more times. By the way I do love the show so far.

Many women put their own careers on the back burners for their husband's career. As a wife of an officer in the U.S. military, my career abruptly ended once we were sent to Germany, and I could not get a work visa. Since then his many war deployments, moving every 2 years and the fact that we've been living in S. Korea for the past 2 years ensures that my primary job is maintaining his image with various volunteer positions. I can definitely see how things could get past her as she managed the household, the children, and making appearances at functions for his position.

@rhettswife I would have to agree. You get involved in 'your career' whether it be inside or outside of the home / family situation. Those become the things that you are intimately concerned with. Things slip by even more easily if there is a job involved where not everything can be shared / spoken of (a requirement of the position). Let's face it practically every career has 'proprietary info' that cannot (ethically / legally) be discussed outside of the workplace. Your 'better half' becomes used to knowing they don't know everything that goes on in your day and that they cannot ask. So yeah, things could easily be hidden especially if they keep busy with 'their thing'.

It was a good episode last night.
