i saw a preview, it has a great cast and it looks like it might be fairly interesting.

Now this should be a good one.

Didn'tt hear about this until my brother reccommended it. First episode was very good. loking forward to more.

They need to fix the bleeping out of "bad" words and stop moving the camera around. It makes it hard to concentrate on the story.

I think that's the whole idea, to have the camera unsteady and bleeping bad language so it looks like a documentary and therefore more realistic.

I love the bleeping and raw camera footage. It makes it seem more real and gritty.

Southland has been picked up for a second season of 13 episodes.

Seems after filming 6 new episodes of season 2, NBC has decided it's over. What a shame!

Disapointing

I'd expect more scripted shows that cost because of shoot location, etc to get canned by nbc as they desperately try to stay afloat.
