What happened to the NCIS episode that was supposed to air tonite. The turkeys ran a repeat instead of 05x11. There is also no update for when it will be run, any answers?

NCIS last new episode was 5x10 broadcast on 11/27.
Episode 5x11 is to be broadcast sometime in 2008.
Repeats until then.

@capt funny you should say that I have just started to watch the whole B5 series again from day one. Just finished disc 5 episode 18 season 2 only 100 episodes and five more movies to go.

looks like tonites episode is the last one NCIS filmed before the strike hit...

They should do pranks more often

The pranks are great. Tony's pranks on Ziva were the best. Ziva's prank was a little weak...funny but weak.

wish they did one on McGee, Abby and Gibbs too.

Well if I remember correctly not too long ago Tony Super glued Mcgee's fingers to his keyboard.

I read that one of the main characters is going to leave in a permanent way. Anyone know any details? Guesses?

Could be Ducky. Running tests on a nonexsistant corpse. The x-rays he was looking at. they could be clues. I could be wrong. I'd hate to see Ducky go, but it is a reasonable guess.

Cause the last episode sort of gave a hint that Ducky was risking his carrer to do the tests for her.

Maybe the director is pregnant

Yep the director is gone. Inoperable brain cancer. Anyhow she has no frog to chase after now so her involvment is more or less insignificant.

I wonder who would replace her, if she is gone. Gibbs can do the job, but I wouldn't think he would take it full-time. A moot point I guess.

If Gibbs becomes director, he won't be able to do field work and the show may be less interesting.

Maybe Gibbs will be interim director and we'll see the dynamic of Tony leading the gang and Gibbs still wanting to play a larger part in the cases. This way when the "new" director is cast, everyone will be focused on Gibbs being reunited with his staff and less about the new character, at first.

I like that idea. But at the same time I don't really want to see a new director so soon.

Yeah I think she may actually be sick in real life. If you will notice she has lost about 40 lbs and looks really gaunt.

@captsheridan Maybe she' wants to branch out, work wise. How long can one play the same part and still stay fresh. I can't imagine Gibbs taking the job; he's too much of an action guy and he needs to be in the thick of things. Hope they cast someone interesting!

not very many episodes left for this one...and the end is coming much too soon! i have been reading lots of rumors on the final episode...and a few of them i just flat-out don't like! lol

Not worth watching after that butcher job Leroy did.
Notice as soon as he got into the directors safe he shredded something. Maybe the director had something on him to keep him at arms length. My wife is really peeved that they cut that many, now she's gonna take it out on me!!

on the 'history' channel they are starting over from the beginning with NCIS...i am watching and amazed at how much i forgot about these characters from when they were first beginning...in the very first ep that tony appears in (actually in a 'jag' episode...he wore glasses....must not have been a hit with the audience.

I believe they will find a way to bring back at least Tony. I hope they bring back Zeva, but she and Magee can be replaced if done right, with the right characters.

Loved the change of roles in the new episode they should do it more often.

Yeah... but when you have a witness they usually don't bother that much do they..........

Anyway it was good to have a change in the roles. Want to see how mcGee or Ziva would handle stuff. Ziva would probably endup breaking someones rib or two ...

iwas very satisfied to finally get some insight into director vance still some questions though like did he switch indenties with his friend and what is in that file that gibbs has. and what did that form from his file saythat he had shredded.

Next episode should be good.
Though the last episode made me think that they are preparing a new female role. At least that is what I think.

Hopefully they won't kill off Ziva. I like her. But the relationship between her and Tony is going to be akward I think.

Oh, the character 'Ziva' is so good and I really like the way she and Tony ineract with one another -- their chemistry is great.

Nice season finale. Although it kinda reminded me of how JAG used to end it's seasons.

Can't wait to see what happens next. Ziva should come back and work for Gibbs, atleast I hope she does.

And they are starting a spin off series called NCIS: Los Angeles, fall of 2009.

Is it with LL Cool J, and the others that Gibbs and Magee met in LA? Maybe Chris O'Donnell survives the drive by?

I hope he did, but don't see how!

He did survive, and now he seems to be living in the office.
It seems they also replaced the former Lt. with Linda Hunt.
It is kinda odd, but at least they kept all the other characters.

Just finished watching NCIS LA 1x07 and at the end, does that house look a lot like Dexter's house from the outside or is it just me?

Tony did not breack up with anyone. But he does seem to run women off.
