What's up with Painkiller Jane? Nothing posted for 1x10 or 1x11.

Some how the episodes are mixed up. The 1X11 episode is actually the Ghost in the Machine 1X12. I think there was some confusion with 2 pilot episodes so some people count that as one episode others are counting it as two episodes. The episode I am missing is "Friendly Fire".
