I came to see over the passage of time that luckly the community is going wide and diverse ranging over every time zone possible, so may be a clock is needed to sync yourself to your friends when to get online the same time or for any other reason may be, i don't know... just an idea
Clock can be placed may be in the frame of the site or may be on the front page.
Who's time-zone would you have it show?
Or do you mean we have a time-zone adopted for use by all Sharetv members when interacting with the site?
Perhaps it could be 00.10 when the daily site update occurs which is currently daily at 09.10 GMT
I think everyone knows what time it is in their time zone, so a unique time zone should be adopted for all members when ineracting with the site and each other.
In the order of which time zone, it can be from where the site is hosted or as you said could be when daily update occurs.
I would like to see time and date added to the site, perhaps on the site header. Local time should be visable on all pages to members when logged in. On members profiles the time should show their local time.
That is, when I am browsing the site I can see my local time and when I look at a members profile for example Romeo53 who is from Australia I can see what time it is with him.
I like that idea of what time it is with a member perhaps with a facilty for the member to correct for their daylight saving time or whatever it is called where they live.
I say, "thor" gave some interesting suggestions, so my opinion would be that mods should put the word out and ask other ShareTv community members to post their comments about this matter. And i think it safe to say that this thread can be used for this purpose.
I think that, a clock for this site would be a good idea.So you can know what time everyone is at where they are from. Lol.
A sharetv facebook group would be nice. So we can interact and meet all the other tv addicts out there. (specially any single ladies into shows i like ;O). Haha I kid... mostly. I know we have a 'friends' and a 'message' feature here, but to be honest its a bit of a hassle to use.. Could be Im just an idiot....
and on a side note Im a 28/Male from TX who loves everything from the xmen and batman animated series, to kyle xy, to lost, to all the hbo and showtime atuff, most any crime procedural, and anything british or australia, If anyone is up for sharing show ideas... Ive pretty much seen it all.
just please PLEASE stop freaking me out with this hacker scares! just do something about it, this site became ESSENTIAL to me...

You can rest easy with the knowledge that Admin is doing everything in his power to overcome the recent attacks. Just be patient, things will return to normal soon.

I love this site. So far the people in here are really nice. I am looking thru here and realized how many tv shows I remembered as a kid. WooHoo on this site.
