Since this new thing where you have to log in to remove the ads has been implemented, I have found that I need to enter my log in details twice. The first time doesn't work so I click on remove ads the second time and it takes me back to my log in page where I have to retype my log in details and only then will it let me enter the site. What gives and can we have this fixed please? There should be no reason why we have to type our details more than once.

I'm afraid I cannot help you as I never see the Ads anyway.

Some while ago Admin. made a pact with those members who donated to the site that they would always have the ads suppressed.

So I wasn't even aware that which you speak of existed. However I
will forward your concerns to Admin. so that he is aware of the problem.

I haven't been able to re-create the bug.

@sandy01, what browser are you using? do you experience the same problem if you click on "Login" at the top?

I am using mozilla firefox and never had a problem until the ads started appearing. I have no problem whether there's ads or not but it seems it is what has affected the log in. Having said that, I have just signed in now - once - and found the ads have disappeared even before logging in so it seems to have been fixed. Thank you for trying to help.
