Not sure what you mean by "extensive collection"

You can spot other fans of a show by clicking on the "fans" link on any show page (right below Reviews link), of course it's a very long list for popular shows...

what i basicly mean is.. a simple way to find someone with 5-10..maybe even 20 shows in common (not gonna check 1 by 1...)

@siliticx When you make friends in the real world it's not solely based on the tv programmes people watch is it?
It's the same here,even though it's a community based on peoples love of all things tv,why not become more active in the forums,join in the chat about the shows you like,start your own threads if no thread is available about your likes or dislikes,you will quickly find you have alot in common with many people in the sharetv community or follow kolbi's good advice if you prefer just to find tv buddys.
