@nogds9 cheers bud,I did type in glossary of terms in the searchbar which found nothing.Is it possible to have a link from these previous thread/s appear as related searches when someone types in 'glossary of terms' into the searchbar,it would be a lot easier than having loose threads all over the place.

There are many forms they to my knowledge.

As applicable to ShareTV.org
(some are my opinion you decide which).

1. Posting in the forums the same message in more than one thread.
2. Postings other than Reviews in the Show Review Section.
3. Any posting that solicits members to join other sites for whatever reason without being a consequence of an ongoing discussion.
4. Any posting that gives a URL with a view to a member buying something. Unless in the direct response to a request.
5. Any post that is generally speaking offensively or insultingly to all members.
eg 'you are all a load of .......

Doubtless there are others but I think these are the main ones.

Oh yes, as a Ferengi with sensitive ears any shouting.

Plus of course totally unsolicited emails usually selling something or offensive or both.

@Appara: I went into more detail in another thread but the short version is the day I went out to buy my first modem to get online, some kid ran into me, totalling my car. Later that day when I finally got everything hooked up and was asked for a handle, my sore neck made me think of whiplash. The 2007 bit is to make my current persona distinct from the old one though. I was not always the law-abiding individual you have come to know ;)


And my SO knows she is lucky...we have been married for almost 15 years and in that time she has had to cook an entire meal I would say...4 times, maybe 5.

Now if someone types into the search"glossary of terms"
this thread will appear.So what will need to be done is any thread that has appropriate information could have the link pasted into this one,like I have done in my last post.

Members should post comments to open forums in English and I think we should avoid too much 'texting terminology' because members who don't have English as their first language could get confused.

I know lots of us use lol (laughs out loud) and nip (no one in particular) but I think we should try and avoid texting terminology in open forums.
