Maybe this would be opening a bandwidth Pandora's Box, but I figured I'd throw it out there... What about torrents for sporting events? I'm a huge football fan (American football for our international, er, non-US friends), and I wondered if we could try keeping that up? Maybe there isn't much interest, but I'd love to keep archives of my Irish although lately I'd want to burn the tapes... I can see about doing my part for Notre Dame games as long as they're on broadcast; otherwise, Comcast's good 'ol 5c protection prevents me from getting anything off of ESPN. But I just wanted to see what the reaction to sports material might be. |

I asked about this weeks ago and got little or no response...all I can say is... GEAUX ELLESEAU to the non Cajun - GO LSU Good luck with the Irish, IMHO they may be on an 0-8 run. Sorry. |

It looks bad, howell. I'm not going to try to sugarcoat it. LSU looks pretty amazing. I'd love to see a showdown with USC as I like any team that beats USC ;) But yeah, football games would be great for archival purposes although I've deleted my PSU and UM DVR'ed games! |

We can put on whatever games are available but currently it would be difficult to find once the file is uploaded, since each game is an individual show. I'm wondering if perhaps admin can create one sports page and then we can get the games there. I'll check into it. |
