GUIDE. Whitelisting ShareTV's Email.

You may find that Emails from ShareTV are not getting through to you.

This could be because your Email's Inbox is configured in such a way as to reject our Emails or divert them to your Spam Folder.

In order to ensure your ShareTV Emails do not get caught in spam or junk mail filters, you can Whitelist us.

Whitelisting means that you specifically tell your EMail system to accept our Emails or indeed you have no restrictions at all.

Since every e-mail system is different we have provided you with instructions for some of the more popular providers.

Sorry, but you will need to scroll down until you get to the one that you use.

OTHERS
Many Email programs, including older versions of Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape Mail, don't provide an easy way for you to whitelist those who you want to receive Email from. If you're using this sort of Email system and you either aren't getting ShareTV Email or want to make sure you continue to receive ShareTV Email in the future, you can contact your provider to solve the problem.

Contact the customer service department or the Postmaster at the company that provides your Email or Internet connection (your ISP). Notify them that ShareTV is Email that you would like to receive and ask if they can whitelist us. (Unfortunately, some Email systems don't allow whitelisting.) If they do whitelist, they may ask for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:

Sending Address: If they ask for our it give them noreply@sharetv.org

Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them: @sharetv.org
