heya everyone!!
i recently reformatted my computer and now i think its broken, i cant get my utorrent to work, the ports will not forward and the DHT will not come on??
i'm stuck
and would really really love some help

rubysoho what is your make and model modem/router?

Am assuming thsy everyting else works correctly?
1.) What operating system?
2.) Start uTorrent and then click following [OPTIONS] [PREFERENCES][CONNECTION] make sure that both UPnP and DHT are checked.
3. Close utorrent and then restart. If your security progtam asks for permision to allow then say yes.

If everything is working correctly on the bottom of uTorrent display there should be a green circle with a check mark in it.

4. If no green circle with a check mark in it then goto your firewall and make sure UPnP is allowed.

If you are using UPnP(Universal Plug and Play)instead of forwarding ports,you must also make sure that it is turned on in your modem/router,if it supports UPnP.If it does not support this protocol,you will have to forward ports.
