i was just wondering which sites do you consider the best for downloading tv shows and movies and are there any you should keep clear of

EZTV.IT streets ahead for current shows

Well, when I want to watch an episode the same night that I download (and I often do), I choose a private site like IP Torrents or The Box, that will allow me download utilizing my full capacity (about 150 kb/s), that way I download an hour-length (45min) show in less than an hour, or a half-hour show in about 20 minutes.

If I'm going to watch something the next day (or later than that), I'll download from eztv (because they're verified - never a problem).

I would keep clear of any site that cannot tell you that they verify their torrents (to make sure they're not fakes, or contain redirects to download media players that you have to pay for).

That's never a problem with a site like eztv

likewise i use eztv for current shows and the direct lonks from this site for older ones, never had a bad torrent so far

I have been using Mininova.org which is (2) on EZTV. This is only till EZTV gets the BT-Chat thing fixed.

iptorrents for all fast very fast it`s the only one that lets me use warp speed downloads

Eztv for current tv shows,Superfundo for axxo rips and rips of old classic movies by sirious share.Pirate file.org and MovieX for new stuff.Pirate bay and Mininova for their trackers.All others if I can't find it on my usuals.

peer torrents torrentounge torrentrage torrentzilla all have both recent and some older shows and no ratio to keep up as with ip and thebox and newtorrents is another one and torrentsforall that is private tracker but they tend to be as fast as ip and the box and alittle less vigilant about the ratio thing

I realise I'm probably being dumb but I have no idea how to download the shows I want. I'm looking to watch a particular episode of 'Friday night with Jonathan Ross' from the UK. When I click on that Episode there is no link to download or view.
Please help

The problem you may find is that this may not be a very popular show for videos or torrents.
Thus when you click on it 'nothing happens'.

However if you go to this URL you will find torrents available for downloading.

Press the download now (or whatever) you will see a box listing all the episodes. Uncheck all that you do not want before clicking OK then you will only download what you want with the appropriate reduction in size.OK?

Ok, its done-thanx. It was the only portion missing in my collection of this series though I have watched it but it worth having-one of the best (24).
