how do i use / create a tracker if i am creating a torrent file? the file i can create using utorrent but i cant get any trackers

I can tell you only what I know, and that is go to any of the torrent sites that host their own such as Demonoid or ThePiratebay and find where they tell you how to upload a torrent. Mininova also has a section on that with some trackers you may use.
