I'm probably a bigger fan of reality. I don't watch many sitcoms or game shows.

Sitcoms provided they have a degree of unpredictabilily in the humour.

There is nothing worse IHMO than knowing what's coming in a comedy.

I like sitcoms the best. It seems like much of reality TV is scripted anyways. I like watching "The Price is Right" once in a while, but I don't watch too many game shows.

Sitcoms. I don't like most reality or game shows. Well, current game shows. I like the old ones.

I liked reality shows 10 years ago, it's never anything new. I'm sick of watching people findin ways to stab each other in the back.
Now it's sitcoms :)

Having to choose between the three, I'd say sitcoms. Nobody makes a good one anymore, though.

All of them in this order:

Sitcoms
Reality
Game Shows

Sitcoms, but only the good ones.
I can find "canned laughter" very grating.

Sitcoms only please. Reality shows are far too fake (setup) and game shows are about as much fun as having a boil lanced.

You know, it really depends on the show. I enjoy all of them sometimes depending on the premise of the show. Some sitcoms are very very stupid--just like some game shows and some reality shows.

Jeopardy...hard not to like that one. But there are some really stupid game shows.

Reality shows...I do enjoy the Bachelorette, sometimes the bachelor, and dancing with the stars (guess who is an ABC fan?). Liked the Apprentice in the beginning, but after about 4 seasons, it grew tired.

Sitcoms--they are very hit and miss. There are some classics that will live forever like Who's the Boss. But there are a lot that are too stupid to survive and some that don't survive that you really miss later. Generally speaking, I'm not a sitcom person. I like more drama or dramedy. Charmed was a great show for the way it had serious topics and social issues (Quantum leap did this too), but also did not take itself too seriously and had heart.

But I think both shows were more dramas and more in the sci-fi/supernatural categories.

What I really loved about Charmed was the way it was not trying to be Wiccan, but also did a lot for helping improve acceptance in American culture for diverse faiths. It became easier for actual Wiccans to walk onto the street without fear. Not many shows make that kind of social justice impacts.

And it was a fun show to watch. There were definitely "sitcom" episodes to the series!

SItcom no doubts here. Reality is not "real" TV, for me of course.
