Aww... Breaking In is cancelled? Another Christian Slater show hacked without much of a chance. Networks seem to really hate him. His shows can't seem to make it threw one season (Breaking in, The Forgotten, etc)

you forgot My Own Worst Enemy.

I miss Numb3rs. It was a great balance of humor and 'life' and never stayed 'dark, meaningful brooding'. I'm not entertained by that, I get it at work. At least the Scotts decided to show the characters moving on in their lives and careers. You could imagine them going & growing, but still coming together sometimes.

I also miss Dead like Me. Now that was a great concept with wonderful execution. An afterlife where you have to have a job and are unrecognizable to your surviving loved ones. Moving on but not, until somehow you are 'ready'.

@ tash Silk Stalkings I did love Sam and Sammy. They should have just ended the show when Chris Lorenzo died instead of bringing on the new line up that never clicked.

@ zander Yeah Pac Blue. It's coming out finally on DVD where I can watch it endlessly..

Charlie's Angels has gotten the axe. I liked the show.

When I was a teenager, I was obsessed with Charmed. I still have all the box-sets - season 1-8. It was Charmed that first introduced me to Julian McMahon, and I still have a thing for him now, and I'm not afraid to admit Alyssa Milano too!

I watch it back now and can't believe how dated the special effects are - makes me laugh now!

Did anyone else watch it?

I did and I loved it, but they kept changing the rules to the magic to go with the storyline. Alyssa was always my favorite from that show.

I don't even remember this show any more, I just remember that it was great but it only went for one season.

Stargate Universe

I was one of the few that thought that this was the best Stargate series so far. OK, it was kinda the same story as Star Trek: Voyager, but it had much better actors, characters and so much potential. It also had Eli, who was THE man, who owned THE t-shirt.

Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles

This was a great idea for a series, a series that was to fill in those important years between T2 and T3. The female Terminator in the series was great, unlike the female one in T3 who sucked like a 75 metre tall vacuum cleaner. There were so many great aspects to this show and the way the last episode ended left me (like SG:U) gagging for more.

This wasn't great but it had potential.

Star Trek Enterprise

With ST:ENT at least they gave it an ending, but 4 seasons is pretty short by usual trekkie standards. I think that if they had a symphony playing the opening music (as is Star Trek tradition), it would have had a larger following than it had with that Michael Bolton-esque intro. The first time I watched it I gave up before the opening credits ended. It took the cancellation of the show and a present of the entire series on DVD to make me watch it.

The 4400

This was a great show, a super powers show where the powers had just gone mainstream. The last ever episode left me gagging for more - and then it was cancelled.

The most annoying thing about a show that is cancelled after one season is the time you've lost and can never get back. The time spent has been a total waste as you never get the true satisfaction that you get from seeing a story reach it's natural conclusion. And what's more you spend even more time talking about the fact that you WISH they hadn't cancelled it or writing about it in online forums...

One of the best shows ever - How to make it in America - cancelled! That is just not right. It was funny, absorbing, really likeable leads, and I really wanted to see how their lives would pan out. Ridiculous to cancel. Grrrrr!

Touch is gone - far from being my favorite - in fact, I winced everytime Southerland said "Buddy" - yet, Season 2 has held my attention... but when it comes down to it, I'd rather say good-bye to Buddy's Dad and welcome back Jack Bauer...

@schalti - very well put about the show and character that you like and dislike.

Legend of the Seeker. Only one of the best shows out and had so much more to offer!
