Teal'C, Jack Oneill, G'Kar, Karl Kolchak (the original), almost any well-written strong female character; Ivanova and Delenn (sp) when going into battle. Oddly, that is when Ivanova is "hottest"; saw her spread in playboy once and she just looked like a soldier in lingerie...not real feminine.
