The old place was too small and too far!

The way to this place is very easy. You can come by horse or bicycle or bus, by train or metro. Just walk! It is on the corner of the next street!

This place has a huge room with glass doors that open for a balcony with a rocking chair and two hammocks for those who want to take a nap. In one side of the room, there is a little lounge with two couchs and two big chair in front of a cozy fire place. In the othe other side of the room, there is a kitchen with a big diner's table for twelve people, big fridge and a stove with oven. There is a pantry full of sweets, wines, chocolates, different kind coffees and teas from all world.

Well... I am a Brasilian... and you know... we are the biggest productors of coofee of the world... but we don't know all about coffee... so...

How do you like your coffee? How do you do it?

Make yourself at home, the door is always open, but forget to leave to the next one a fresh coffee in the thermo!

nice new coffee shop lua! i noticed that snowmobiles are excluded from the modes of transportation? i guess i will just have to dig my snowshoes out of the snowbank and start walking! rofl!

it's very welcoming in here with the addition of the fireplace and all the comfy seats! i think i will claim this corner of the sofa and throw another log on the fire before i help myself to a cup of coffee and a bagel! (-35 here with the windchill today, and the blowing snow makes driving an adventure!)

How was your day? Mine was very relaxing! In the morning a branch beside the lagoon, after a shiatsu session under a tree and in the afternoon a nap with air condition on and after tried to catch up with my shows. ( 35C on the shadows)

peace and quiet at last, daughter no3 came a respectable 10th in the final at xcountry running but very disappointed not to be in the top 5.

had a busy day. having a glass of wine on the balcony. i love this rocking chair. by the way, found some lovely wine in tash`s kitchen . about to have another glass. will leave bottle here but be quick. lol

I always make extra tash,always use extra thick bread it retains the heat & soaks up the lashings of butter.

@windsor ask daughter no3 what she was thinking about during the race,my mind used to wander(about food,girls,football,food) during cross-country races,it was only when I read about the importance of total concentration that I improved my standing in the long distance racing.

@ged they'd had it drummed into them to stay over to the right hand side for a good start, they couldn't get near it so they 'hung back' got to the right and started running. I could see her stuck in the middle unable to get out. Her friend is a bit slower than her and she was right at her back at that point but it wasn't until quite a bit futher on that they were able to find a space to overtake. At the halfway mark they were usually in the top 15 this time they were about 30/40th. I think they did well to pull it up to 10th and 15th place but they were both in the top 5 at the qualifiers so they were disappointed.
The moral of the story?? always have a plan b lol.

merlin, that's quite all right those bottles were meant to be found. it's the birthday bottles of wine that will not be turning up in my kitchen. ive brought over some nice stilton, fruit and crackers for you all to enjoy with a tawny port wine and a robust red.

anniversary dinner was nice -- i cooked for the both of us

i'll order saghetti carbonara and ciabatta rolls followed by ameretto or coffee ice-cream with pears, and maybe a glass of amaretto to go with it. Just back from the riding club and can't face cooking.

A hot pot of tea & my company awaits the next visitor as I watch the sunrise on the balcony.

okay, now just relaxing for a few minutes before i make somthing to eat. weather tomorrow looks really good so I m happy.

BTW everyone,I have recently adopted a Maine coon-cat from a shelter,he had been hanging with some Ferrel cats in an ocean resort town.He's almost a year old and smart as a whip.His name is Brogan Barou,already weighing in at 16 lbs.He loves the water and plays with my sisters dog.He is so trusting of me,that I can drop a boot on the floor and he doesn't make a flinch.I am feeling so much joy from him.I still miss my Bryan from time to time.But it's nice to share my love again.

@nog is a ane coon-cat like a rag-doll cat, more like a dog than a cat , and they go floppy when you pick them up (lke a rag doll).
My cats play wth our dog too but the kitten and the cat have stared fighting wth each other.

i've only seen pictures of a rag-doll cat ... my vet had a wonderful maine coon cat who would come over to everyone and sit in your lap ... he was a big boy; at least 25 lbs. and with a sweet disposition.

we saw some a few years ago before the breed was properly recognised over here, they were enormous for cats, not fat just very big

Let's make a barbecue!!!! I brought a cooler full meat! You all gone eat a realllll barbecue! Brazilian cuts! Picanha, maminha de alcatra, fraudinha, cupim, coração de galinha, linguiça de porco, asa e coxinha de frango! White rice and potato salad with mayonnaise.

Ged, go to the market and buy some beer and coke for the children!

Windsor, go home and bring some wine bottles that you have hidden in the basement and put them in refrigerator.

(Tennis Balls, rubber Bones, tug-o-war triangles, various fluffy animals (to be ripped apart) and a couple of dog proof (?) soccer balls for nose 'football').

Will see my butcher. He is always good about treats for Reubin even on a Sunday. In the meantime along with the toys is a big jar of dog chocolate drops and a big jar of dog nibbles.

Separated Beef ribs with lots of meat still on them; plus
lots of offel, and diced prime off-cuts.

There is also 'end of party presents' for the dogs of
big juicy marrowbones.

AND as a present in respect of Merlin he has GIVEN a
load of steaks suitable for BarBQ to ensure Luacheia
supplies do not run out.

mmmm mmmm okay the champagne is chilling and the cake is in the refrigerator. there's grand marnier cake and a birthday cake.
all of merlin's favorites including a jug of pimms, southern comfort, dark chocolate and venison.

no i didnt fry but... i tried all the skin creams they were lovely, the eye mousse blue (obviously for blue eyes like mine ) was like velvet . i sptead it lavishly on skin under eye.
husband ,child and customer roared with laughter.
blue was the colour of the mousse eyeshadow i was covered in.
omg it gets worse
while on Sainsbury`s website i stumbled accross cheap "direct from caiais sainsbury " champagne and wine at amazing prices . phoned sister who wasnt in so ordered for her also . got to checkout .. collect in calais .
then closed a bit early due to upset and trauma...
relaxing in pool with a large wine.
littl3e old lady drove thru the gate ( is a bit flimsy) to buy plants.
i got out and stood dripping with a towel as she smiled and said
